RETURN POLICY

The exchange of a product purchased for another product for sale on the website is not allowed
Returns not previously authorized by SHARDSTORE will not be accepted.

In case the User wants to make the change in a product, he must exercise his right of withdrawal on it in accordance with the provisions of clause 6.2

To formalize the return, contact SHARDSTORE, we will contact you for the return process. It will be done by attaching a photograph and a detailed description of the defects.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, without any damage or evidence of use, also with its own packaging and labels. If the User does not proceed in this way, SHARDSTORE reserves the right to deny the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects verified, it may be replaced by another with identical characteristics or the refund of the amount will be made through the same payment method with which the user made the purchase.
If the reason for the return was that the returned item is a different product than what was requested in the order, SHARDSTORE will bear the costs of the return and new shipping

WITHDRAWAL

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all this without any penalty and without having to indicate the reasons.
However, the User must bear the direct cost of the return.
The shipment will be made to the address agreed in the prior authorization.
SHARDSTORE is not responsible for the company used by the User to return the order. (Product loss)
